    I tailor my sessions to the individual. If you’re new to meditation, I work with you on the basics, teaching you how to breathe, find focus, and achieve balance. For those who want to take their meditation practice to deeper levels, partnering one on one with an experienced teacher can help you tap into the inner wisdom of your soul. It worked for me, and I know I can make it work for you!

    Nutrition is vital to your physical, emotional and mental well-being. I specialize in helping people understand the way nutrition connects to our mind, body and spirit. I will create a custom nutrition plan for you, one that fits with your lifestyle and creates a new healthy routine that you will be able to maintain!
